Breakfast at RPGC , meal served at 8.30 am. Menu comprises of 3 options which must be elected and advised to Kevin Baruffi by email. Option 1: Poached egg on sourdough bread with hollandaise, field mushroom , roasted herb tomato and grilled bacon. Option 2: Sauteed mushrooms on toasted sourdough with fetta, rocket and roasted cherry tomatoes. Option 3: Scrambled eggs on toast with grilled bacon, hash brown and roasred herb tomatoes. Fruit platter, juice and coffee/tea station included Cost $45 per person paid on site by Stella machine Please note, the bar is open with payment by credit/debit card only . |
